8.7 Final Thoughts Discussion

Q Thank you all for an amazing semester. Please take a moment to reflect on the past eight weeks and answer the following questions. Up to five points of extra credit points will be awarded to those that participate in this discussion. Please respond to the following questions in the discussion forum: 1.) What was the most useful or interesting topic that we studied this semester? Why did you find this topic useful or interesting? Please be as specific as possible. 2.) Did you learn anything that surprised you or challenged a preconceived notion? If so, explain why this information was unexpected or challenged your previous knowledge on the issue. 3.) Did you find any of the topics difficult to understand or controversial? If so, what could the instructor do to make the topic easier to understand? 4.) What did you like the most about the way the course material was presented? Is there anything that the instructor could change to make it even better? 5.) What did you dislike about the way the course material was presented? (Please don't worry, I will not be offended, this is how I make course material better each semester). 6.) Any final thoughts or comments? I will award up to five extra credit points to those that participate. If you prefer to participate anonymously, that is okay too. If you respond via Survey Monkey below, your comments are completely anonymous. But please know that the purpose of this final discussion is merely to get your feedback on how I can improve the course. Your responses will not negatively impact your grade in any way. If you prefer to respond via Survey Monkey, here is the link to the anonymous survey below: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SDJ7YZ7 (Links to an external site.) If you decide to respond on Survey Monkey, please email me once you have completed the survey. Thank you for your feedback! the most interesting topic to me would have to be the way genes are passed down because its very interesting how each parent plays a role and is able to pass down a couple of traits that become noticeable within the offspring that make them look a certain way just how the cat assignment taught me just how each parent passes down traits.I'm not to sure if anything surprised me when learning the topics presented but it was challenging to do some of the assignments because the charts would be a bit confusing at first but over looking up what certain things were I was able to somewhat figure out what was needed.
